Philosophy
Everyone deserves to be healthy.
No matter how much money they make, where they live, their skin color, ethnicity, gender, sexuality or ability.
There are vast opportunities both inside and outside of health care systems to close gaps and make people healthier. The work is hard. But by using data, working together, and making changes, we can start to make life better for all of us.
It’s time to begin. Everything impacts health.
Our difference
We want systems to work better for everyone.
If we understand how the system currently works, what individuals and communities want and need, and what changes can be realistically implemented, we can create approaches that promote the health and well-being of all of us.
ACR Partners is uniquely qualified to understand health care, social support, and governmental systems from multiple dimensions. We bring over three decades across:
- Health care operations & policy
- Government & private sectors
- Behavioral & physical health
- For- & non-profit businesses
- Payer & provider organizations
- Community agencies & patients
- Academic research
From clinical and operational systems integration, data analysis and quality reporting, financial and budget management, policy and reporting compliance, to strategic planning and implementation, we partner with clients to evaluate, plan, and implement collaborative programs and policies that drive an organization’s mission, success, and health equity.
How we create value
From the Iron Triangle to the Quintuple Aim.
We work to move systems of care beyond balancing trade-offs, toward achieving better outcomes for everyone.

Advocacy
From patient to national advocate.
In 2017, Amy was diagnosed with DCIS, a very early stage of breast cancer. Even with decades of health system work behind her, becoming a patient changed her life. She began campaigning to safeguard the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). Working first with Senator Bob Casey, Amy has participated on panels with US Secretaries of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius and Xavier Becerra, and worked with patient advocates, politicians, and policy makers to press for the improvement and expansion of access to critical health services for all Americans, regardless of income and employment.
Amy was one of three advocates to meet with then-candidate Joe Biden as he campaigned in 2020, advising him on the impact of the ACA on patient health, economic stability, families, and communities. In recognition of her work, President Barack Obama made a surprise FaceTime call to Amy in 2022, and she was invited to his first return trip to the White House, where he joined President Biden as he signed an executive order to expand and protect the ACA. In 2023, Speaker Emerita Pelosi invited her to the Capitol to celebrate the 13th anniversary of the law.
